We were asked to create a number of plinths to display some beautiful porcelain pieces made by Royal Copenhagen. We had explored how we could use their own rejected products to make the plinths but with the distances involved and additional travel we decided it was better to use local vitrified china from a UK manufacturer. Each of the plinths is made from slabs, mitre cut and joined, to create the illusion of a monolithic block. All the production was done by our own in house team.
